Software Switch

We're switching GBK over to MAAT, a new system that will handle scheduling, check-ins, and billing all in one place. It's a big upgrade from what we've been juggling, and it'll make life easier for you and for us.

To make the switch, we need you to set up your account. It takes about five minutes:

1. Go to https://maat-app.link/C1M8B8bEJ5b and create your account.

2. Add your name, and add any family members who train with us as additional profiles under your account.

3. Add your payment information.

   
   

One important thing: please don't select a membership plan. This is the step people will be tempted to do. Everyone currently training with us is keeping the rate you have now, and we'll attach the right plan to your account on our end. If you pick a plan yourself, it'll override your rate and we'll have to untangle it.

So: name, family members, payment info. Then stop. We'll take it from there.

If you can knock this out in the next few days, it'll save us a lot of chasing. And if anything looks confusing or the site gives you trouble, grab me on the mats or reply to this email and I'll walk you through it.
